We are looking for a PA who will provide comprehensive and flexible personal assistant; administrative and secretarial support for two members of the Executive Team. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the directors’ diaries, schedule of work, and provide wider departmental administrative support.

We are looking for a PA who will provide comprehensive and flexible personal assistant; administrative and secretarial support for two members of the Executive Team. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the directors’ diaries, schedule of work, and provide wider departmental administrative support.  

To be successful in this role you’ll need to be able to demonstrate, experience of providing designated support at senior management level and above, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail and supporting administration activities for wider support functions. The successful candidate will also have strong computer literate skills, with demonstrable experience of office software packages (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
