Wales SME Recycling Support Grant Scheme

WRAP Cymru are launching a grant scheme designed to significantly increase recycling rates in Wales by providing financial support to organisations which are able to offer specialist recycling services for Welsh SMEs
Welsh SMEs face a lack of recycling infrastructure focussed on business, much of which is due to the geography of Wales as well as a lack of critical mass of some materials. The Welsh Assembly Government has identified the need to support both new and expanded collection networks and SME-focussed 'bring site' infrastructure.
If you are a new or existing provider of recycling services based in Wales, and you want to expand your recycling service to new areas, customers or materials within Wales, then you are eligible to apply to the fund.
Grants can support up to 30% of capital expenditure (and initial promotional costs) of a project, with funding available up to £50,000.
