The purpose of this job is to drive resource minimisation within the retail supply chain, particularly in food and drink. The post holder will be responsible for working with businesses to help deliver the team's Supply Chain targets on waste prevention, packaging and water minimisation. As part of this role the post holder will manage contractors delivering waste, packaging and water minimisation projects.
