Northern Ireland MRF reaps the benefits of its management systems

Family-owned waste management company Re-Gen Ltd runs the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) in Newry, County Down.

Commissioned in September 2004, the plant processes 70,000 tonnes of co-mingled household recyclates annually from local authorities in Northern Ireland, the Irish Republic and mainland UK.
