Shaping the future of mixed plastics
On 17 June 2009, WRAP held a mixed plastics dissemination event at The Cumberland Hotel in London. Attendees included local authorities, waste management companies, retailers and brands amongst others.
The focus of the event was to bring together the whole supply chain for mixed plastics packaging - sharing the results of the latest research conducted on behalf of WRAP into the technical and economic feasibility of collecting, recycling and reprocessing this element of the waste stream.
WRAP also launched a £2 million capital funding competition at the event. Please click here to view further information and find out how to apply.
