Contract Prices

Prices are quoted for arm's-length agreements over an extended period. Price revisions may be negotiated between a buyer and seller during the life of the contract. The price ranges quoted will take account of such revisions.
Delivered Prices

Prices of materials as received at the buyer’s gates (or UK port in the case of material destined for export), including the cost of transport.
Ex Works Prices

Prices of materials collected from the seller’s gates, excluding the cost of transport

Prices quoted for arm's-length sales of fixed volumes for delivery in a single shipment at a specified time. In the absence of confirmed business, quoted spot prices may reflect discussion levels or the current levels of bids and offers.
