WRAP's Commitment to Net Zero
Reducing environmental impact is core to WRAP’s business. We work with governments, businesses, and citizens to improve our use of resources and deliver environmental benefits, including reduced emissions of greenhouses gases.
From 2022, we plan to look for further ways to reduce emissions that are indirectly associated with our business. We will continue to offset emissions that we cannot reduce or eliminate. Our efforts are focussed on reducing indirect emissions, referred to as “scope 3” because that is where all our emissions come from.
This carbon reduction plan sets out what our emissions are and how we plan to address them, moving beyond offsetting to real reduction where possible. We are systematically identifying our emissions and putting in place measures to directly address the sources of these emissions.
