Global Renewables, WRAP and industry experts have now teamed up to deliver a research project investigating the use of digestate with organic growing media (OGM) to grow several tree species and energy crops, at a former colliery site, in Chorley. Phil and Mark will present the case study including the site characteristics, experimental design, organic amendments and species selection.
