Zero Waste Scotland is offering an exciting and significant capital funding package opportunity to support its Recycle on the Go initiative with a total budget of £500,000.
Operating on a rolling basis in line with the De Minimis (EC) Regulation No 1998/2006, funding is available for the purchase of receptacles and bins in line with Zero Waste Scotland’s best practice technical guidance. The fund is open to organisations of all types. There are no restrictions on the type of waste that can be collected for recycling although Zero Waste Scotland’s priority materials are plastic bottles, drink cans, papers including newspapers and magazines and container glass.
Early applications to the Fund are strongly recommended for funding in this financial year. Applications are being accepted now, so for further details please refer to our guidance document which you will be able to download by registering your details below.
