Artificial surfaces
There has been much interest of late in using processed sand on horse gallops and also for artificial golf tees and putting greens at driving ranges and golf courses.
Initial results and feedback have been highly encouraging, with some applications able to make use of recycled plastic as well.
Main benefits:
- Less use of primary aggregate resources (sand).
- Excellent colour match on golfing applications.
- Potential for a complete ‘recycled solution’.
