Description of trial area:
4,800 properties in urban area - terrace housing

800 Halesworth – rural market town.

Liners provided:
WDC distributed  a set of liners with the caddies and are running a token system for additional liners to be picked up from the town hall for free.  We are also running a scheme to make the liners available in local stockist for those who do not want to come to the town hall or who are using excessive numbers. These are on a buy one get one free system.

Final will be a stillage vehicles with roll off stillages
