    Reporting to the Local Authority Support Manager – England, you will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering a range of strategic and operational projects for individual or groups of English local authorities. Furthermore you will be responsible for disseminating good practice information and evidence to local authorities to assist them in the design and delivery of recycling and waste collection services to households.  The role will require travel throughout England and will involve from time to time some overnight stays during the working week.
