We are seeking a Technical Specialist to join our Products and Services team on a fixed term basis, until the end of March 2019.  The post holder will provide knowledge leadership within the electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) sector and will represent WRAP externally, developing strong senior level contacts with industry, professional institutes and trade associations.

To be successful in this role, candidates will need to be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding and appreciation of the challenges facing the waste electricals and electronic equipment sector (WEEE).  

Evidence of specialist technical knowledge of key issues associated with the electrical sector, including resource use, Critical Raw material recovery, waste, economics and policy/regulation are also essential, as is demonstrable success in executing commercial business cases in the electrical sector.

This is a fixed term, full-time role, with the possibility that the role may become permanent if we are able to secure additional funding.  We are also willing to consider the possibility of a secondment into this role.
