A study to look at opportunities to reduce food waste in bagged salad from farm to fork

A whole chain project was set up to examine the issue from farm-to-fork involving grower LWS, processor MyFresh, retailer The Co-Op and restaurant chain Pizza Hut. A detailed supply chain waste mapping process was undertaken and project partners identified the most likely sources of waste.
