This document has been developed to provide guidance and a framework for the development of the required scope of services to be procured, and should be used when considering the options for the procurement of FM services.

These standards will now form part of any new procurement for FM services within the central government estate and will be integral to the compliance criteria which has become part of the National Property Controls for the central government Estate.
