WRAP annual conference 2015: Creating the Future - Rising to the resource challenge

Earlier this year, WRAP launched its five-year plan, outlining the urgent need for us all to change the way we use resources in order to address the global challenges we face.

WRAP’s 2015 conference will demonstrate how government, businesses and consumers working together can deliver the step change we need.

You are warmly invited to attend the conference, where you will have the opportunity to hear about:

  • Resource challenges affecting the food, drink, textiles and electrical sectors and how to prepare your organisation to meet those challenges.
  • Examples of innovative business practices which are improving resource efficiency across these different sectors.
  • Insights from our ground-breaking new major report focusing on the challenges that the food and drink supply chain will face over the next ten years.
  • Progress with our ambitious industry-wide voluntary agreements SCAP (Sustainable Clothing Action Plan) and esap (Electrical and Electronic Equipment Sustainability Action Plan).

The conference also provides an excellent networking opportunity, with break out areas available so you can forge or deepen relationships with peers.

The centrepiece of our conference will be a debate facilitated by Business Green editor, James Murray. This session will offer you the chance to engage with industry experts and raise the questions you want answered.
