A review of the fit out stage of a £30 million Morgan Stanley office refurbishment in London showed very high levels of waste recovery with 100% of plasterboard and 95% of metals, timber and packaging being recovered.
Identification and implementation of Waste Recovery Quick Wins would result in an increase of 11% in the overall project recovery performance.
